Wallet and devnet funds
Connect a Wallet Standard wallet, get devnet SOL and tUSDC, and recover from a stuck connection.
Agari connects through the Wallet Standard, the shared interface Phantom, Solflare and Backpack all implement — there is no embedded/social-login wallet and no separate connector package per wallet. Connecting one of these on the header's Connect button is the same flow every time: approve the connection, then approve individual transactions as you place orders.
Which wallets work
Phantom is the wallet used in the app's own first end-to-end devnet test, and is the one most contributors run day to day. Solflare and Backpack implement the same standard and are expected to work the same way; if one behaves differently, that's worth reporting rather than assuming.
Wrong network
For Predict, Cover and Trading Balance, set your wallet to Solana devnet. If it is on another cluster, the app's balances or connection state will not match the devnet venue. The desk is a different path: practice signs a message without a transaction; a later Go live step would use Solana mainnet and real funds.
Devnet SOL and tUSDC
Two different things pay for two different jobs:
- Devnet SOL pays Solana network fees. It has no value; it exists only so your wallet can sign and send transactions on devnet.
- tUSDC is Agari's devnet test collateral — a 6-decimal SPL token minted by a faucet authority with no freeze authority, used to size every call, ticket and pre-open order.
Use Get test funds in the header or Portfolio to request both in one flow. If a claim doesn't land, check Status for the faucet role's health before retrying — devnet faucets are rate-limited per wallet.
Disconnecting and switching accounts
Disconnect from the same account menu you connected from. Switching accounts in your wallet extension while connected should be picked up automatically; if the app still shows the old address, reconnect explicitly.
If a signature prompt never resolves
A hung prompt is usually the wallet extension, not the app. Close the prompt, refresh, and try again before assuming an order was placed — a wallet signature alone does not mean an order filled; check Portfolio or the transaction's explorer link for the actual result.
