Price sources and signed prints
Equity, token, PreStocks, basket and valuation lanes use different source policies.
A Window settles from its opening and closing boundary prints. The on-chain program checks the configured source and timestamp; the web app does not pick a winner from a latest-price tile. Policy versions are registered ahead of time, so a Window retains the policy it started with.
| Lane | Boundary source and limit |
|---|---|
| TSLA, QQQ, VOO equity | Pyth pull update for the exact boundary second, verified in the program. TSLA also cross-checks RedStone within 25 bps. This policy covers Windows through the NYSE close on 25 September 2026; after it TSLA settles on RedStone and QQQ and VOO pause until a new policy is registered. |
| Other equity names | RedStone signatures under the configured signer threshold. |
| Tokenized stock lane | Switchboard On-Demand signatures from a pinned queue. An upstream gateway outage can pause this lane without pausing equities. |
| PreStocks name | Agari's price attestor signs a PreStocks catalogue token price. The catalogue itself is unsigned and supplies no independent oracle proof. |
| PreStocks basket | Agari computes equal-weight index points from all members in one catalogue read and signs that index. Missing members prevent a print. |
| Pyth pre-IPO valuation lane | Pyth's OpenAI or Anthropic valuation index, only when the venue key is entitled. The trial key was denied at review, so no valuation Window was listed. |
The token price and Pyth's company valuation index are different measures. Agari does not treat the latter as a cross-check for a token-price Window. The desk can optionally require a fresh verified Pyth index for a buy, but that leg also needs the separate entitlement. Baskets explains the points index; halts and voids explains missing or disagreeing prints.
PreStocks and Pyth in Agari covers the Pyth verification rules, the proof replay and every PreStocks surface in detail. For a current source read, use Status. The source map identifies the config, relay and program boundaries.
